‘The map is a huge success! Richard loves it, and with so many visitors over the past week, there has been much positive feedback. The geological aspect has been particularly admired (by geologists and non-geologists alike), along with the general 'how on earth has she made it?!' I think that the map will be displayed on a table because the contours are so amazing and can be seen to better effect at 'eye level', and we and we can get down to see the geology.’
Mynydd Preseli is of great geological and archaeological interest, as many of the large stones at Stonehenge come from here!
